Register your attendance at Health in Difference 2015

Please note that catering for the event has already been booked, and any special dietary requirements associated with new registrations with can not be added to the order.


 

Conference Registration Options

Full Conference – fee includes: conference progamme, entry to all conference sessions, morning/afternoon teas and lunches, all conference related materials including satchel bag and handbook.

Early Bird Registrations – were available until 12 June 2015. Full fees now apply, from 13 June 2015.

Day and Session Registration – fee includes: conference programme, entry to relevant conference sessions, as we all all conference related materials including a satchel bag and abstract handbook.

Conference Dinner – The dinner is optional and can be selected during the registration process.

Scholarship Fund – Participants are invited to make a contribution to the scholarship fund to assist people to attend the conference. A donation can be made during the online registration process.

Access and Participation Requirements- During the registration process, please indicate if you have any special dietary or other requirements that organisers need to consider in their planning for the conference.

Conditions of Registration

Payment

Payment or proof of payment must be made in order to finalise attendance at Health in Difference 2015. We encourage payment to be made at the time of registration to confirm your registration and attendance at any social events. Please note your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. Onsite payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard only. Organisations are required to finalise all payments 14 days prior to the conference.

Confirmation

Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent to you via email automatically upon completion of your registration.

Registration Cancellations

Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 13 June 2015 will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee less $55. No refund will be paid after 13 June 2015.

Substitutions

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised of the transfer in writing. Please email the name, position, phone and email address of the new delegate to andrew.little@lgbtihealth.org.au. There will be no refunds for any items purchased by the original delegate.

Liability/Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance and medical insurance prior to the conference. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters the National LGBTI Health Alliance cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor can the Secretariat take responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
